心脏、血管外科从50年代末开始开展心脏外科手术。在几代老的专家的带领下，科室逐渐的发展壮大，随着科室的发展，2006年从原来的心胸外科独立，建立心脏、血管外科。在留学归来的张东明主任的带领下，发展迅速。全科人员树立健康所系、性命相托的理念，做病人信赖的医生。建立了一支技术精湛外科手术队伍、同时组建了心血管手术麻醉、体外循环及手术后监护的高水平、认真负责的专业队伍。所有的人员均经过国内外专业的培训，使手术的安全性达到了国内先进水平，目前各种心血管手术成功率为97%。拥有人工呼吸机、人工心肺机、麻醉机、床旁血滤机、主动脉球囊反搏等设备，均为进口的先进设备。科室建立以后，以新的理念和国外的新的手术方法不断开展新的手术、填补了医院、市内以及省内的空白，挽救患者了生命，同时以廉价的价格使更多的患者得到治疗的机会，在这里每一位患者都得到了温馨的照顾，目前科室年手术的例数150台左右。 科室开展包括： 成人心脏病：各种瓣膜疾病的单心脏瓣膜置换、多心脏瓣膜置换、心脏瓣膜修复手术。冠心病的冠状动脉搭桥、心脏瓣膜置换+冠状动脉搭桥、 心肌梗塞后室间隔穿孔的手术治疗。房颤的术中射频消融治疗。对于常规的瓣膜替换术，不论在数量上还是在手术成功率上，均在省内处于领先地位，在重症瓣膜病外科治疗方面进行了多年的深入临床研究和探索，总结了一套行之有效的治疗方案，死亡率明显降低，术后恢复快，疗效佳，目前已成功治愈了数十例其他单位不敢收治的重症、高危病人，给这些患者带来新生的机会。 大血管疾病：升主动脉瘤、主动脉夹层（Stanford A型）的升主动脉置换（Bentall手术）、主动脉弓置换。主动脉夹层（Standford B型）大动脉支架腔内隔绝术。腹主动脉瘤的腹主动脉置换、腔内腹主动脉支架的手术治疗。目前已行多例主动脉弓置换手术，包括全弓置换和象鼻手术，近期及远期疗效良好，手术死亡率及并发症发生率均低于国内报道，近年更进行了多例急性主动脉夹层分离的急症手术治疗，取得了良好效果。 先天性心脏病：房、室的修补术，法乐氏四联症、心内膜垫缺损等各种先天性心脏病，已形成了一套完善的婴幼儿先心病围术期处理常规，特别在合并肺动脉高压先心病的外科处理上形成了自己独特的经验。 心脏移植：2005年科室完成了省内第一例心脏移植手术，至今患者完全恢复正常工作和生活，目前科室已建立了一套详细的档案和随访制度，采用复诊、电话、信函等方式，随时关注病情变化，对生活、起居、饮食等经常给予指导和帮助。 周围血管疾病：下肢动脉闭塞性疾病的外科手术和血管腔内介入治疗，主要包括：下肢动脉硬化闭塞症（主髂动脉闭塞、股腘动脉闭塞等）的外科手术和腔内介入治疗、糖尿病足的腔内介入治疗、血栓闭塞性脉管炎、动脉血栓栓塞等外科治疗等；下肢静脉曲张的微创激光治疗，动静脉瘘等先天血管畸形的介入及手术治疗，2007年于全市率先开展自体外周血干细胞移植治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症、糖尿病足，取得良好效果。 Department of Cardiovascular Surgery On behalf of the faculty of the Department of Cardiovascular Surgery of The Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University, welcome to our website. Our Department was founded and separated from Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery department. During the past three years, more than 500 open-heart surgeries and 100 peripheral vascular surgeries were performed in our Department.where our patients are guaranteed the benefit of experience and safety Our Department is dedicated to providing patients up-to-date, cost-effective, quality surgical services and participating in advanced clinical and laboratory research. At our Department, every patient receives a seamless continuum of care. From exacting preoperative evaluation, intraoperative care by an outstanding team that utilizes the most sophisticated technology, to postoperative treatment that focuses on enhancing recovery, every resource is marshaled and deployed to help the patient heal faster. And the patients doctor, at the center of it all, remains completely connected. All kinds of cardiac procedures are successfully performed in this center, including CABG, Valvular repair or replacement, complicated congenital heart defect correction, heart transplantation, etc. The mortality of operation is less than 1.1%. We also have obtained outstanding results for repair of aortic root , aortic arch, descending aortic and abdominal aortic aneurysms and have achieved low mortality for repair of acute and chronic aortic dissection. Selective patients with thoracic aortic dissection (Stanford type B) may be able to have minimally invasive stent graft treatment. At present,we also cured many patients in our department all for vascular diseases such as various aneurysm,Takayasu’s arteritis; atherosclerosis occlusion; arterial embolism; TIA;arteriovenous fistula;deep vein thrombosis;vein varicose;carotid body tumor;angioma and etc. Facing the rapid development and great challenge in vascular surgery, we are determined to grasp the opportunity of the foundation of Department of Cardiovascular Surgery and try our best to promote our department to a new level in all aspects.
